Tumblebus Policies

TUITION OPTIONS

You have 3 options when signing your child up for the Tumblebus:
PLAN A Monthly student- pay a $20 yearly registration fee and a monthly fee of $40
PLAN B Drop in student- Pay $12 every time your child participates on the Tumblebus
PLAN C Yearly Student – Pay $400 for a year tuition which includes 12 months on the Tumblebus and the yearly registration fee. (savings of $100) *If for some reason your child leaves their current school or you do not wish to finish out your year there will be no refund given.

PAYMENTS

All MONTHLY students will be billed on the first of the month. Billing is sent every month via email. Please make sure the office at Flips has a valid email address to ensure you are receiving your monthly statement. Payments can be made at your child’s school, mailed to our business address (550 Dunn circle Sparks, NV 89431) or paid online through our website (flipsusagymnasticscom). Once you are on our website click the pay tuition button and when asked for a client ID you may enter the ID # off of your statement or enter your childs name.

IF YOUR CHILD’S TUITION IS NOT CURRENT AND YOU HAVE NOT PAID BY THE END OF THE MONTH, YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE ON THE BUS UNTIL THE ACCOUNT BECOMES CURRENT

MAKE-UP/CREDIT POLICY

Full payment is due every month your child participates on the Tumblebus. Tumblebus does not credit for school closures or holidays. We do not expect to cancel any days but in the event the Tumblebus does not show up to your child’s school because it breaks down or is out of service, your account will then be credited $10 for that class or the bus may schedule a makeup day for the school. Because of the large discount given to the YEARLY STUDENT, no credits will be given to these students for any reason but if the bus comes for a makeup day, Yearly students may participate.

DROP PROCEDURE

Once you are enrolled as a Yearly or Monthly student on the Tumblebus, you will be enrolled in our program until we receive an email stating that your child is dropping. Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance. When dropping, notice must be given before the first class of the month to avoid being charged for that month. If notice is not given, you will be responsible for tuition for that month.
